Statement on the Authorized Use of the ChemDraw Software Series

To All Company Departments:

We have recently received a notice from Hangzhou Zhengze Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd. regarding the strengthening of asset management for the ChemDraw software series. Currently, there are instances of unauthorized use of ChemDraw software on the market. We hereby issue the following notice regarding the use of this software:

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Computer Software” and the “Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China,” if any department within our company requires the use of ChemDraw software, it must purchase a genuine, licensed version of ChemDraw. The use of unlicensed software is strictly prohibited to prevent software quality issues during use and to avoid potential intellectual property infringement risks. Any department found using unauthorized ChemDraw software must immediately uninstall it and cease all further use.

Individuals who use unauthorized ChemDraw software shall bear full legal responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.

This notice is hereby issued.
